In an interview with Piers Morgan, the former heavyweight champion was asked to share his thoughts on the conflict. However, he honestly stated that he didn’t know much about the situation to form an opinion about it, but wanted the fighting to end. “I don’t know what Putin did but I don’t think there should be fighting anymore.” said Tyson.

Mike Tyson, who once identified as a liberal, reveals a change in his political opinion
In an interview with Newsmax, Tyson was hesitant to talk about politics as he revealed that his wife and friends would judge him. “Listen, if I start talking politics, my friends aren’t going to like me. Let’s just not do that, OK? Let’s just not do that. My family gets mad, my friends get mad when we talk politics.” He said. Moreover, he then revealed that he was a liberal during his younger days but is now turning conservative as he grew older. “When I was younger, I was all-out liberal. But as I get older, and I look at my children, and I see what’s out there in the world, I get a little conservative.” he added.

It’s not uncommon to see people change their political views as they grow older and realize the complexities of the world. This seemed to be the case with Tyson, who felt that his views on politics changed as he grew more mature.
