“I’ve had plenty of conversations with Dana White about potentially having a fight with one of the guys. But, at the minute, I don’t need to fight UFC guys” said Fury on his Instagram live
Fury certainly doesn’t have to fight in the UFC as he has cemented his legacy in the boxing world. Fury has amassed an undefeated record (30-0-1) and is on course to unify all the belts in the division. Given the Gypsy King’s eccentric behavior a fight against a top heavyweight in the UFC will generate plenty of hype.

I need to fight Dillian Whyte. Until then, I don’t need a fight with Francis Ngannou. I don’t need Stipe Miocic, Brock Lesnar, whoever. I don’t need these guys to fight in a crossover match right now. When I’m finished what I’m doing in my own career, we can look at something like that.” Said Fury on his Instagram live

Fury is approaching his trilogy bout against Deontay Wilder. Fury dominated Wilder in the rematch and sealed the victory in 7 rounds. There were talks of Wilder stepping-aside for Fury’s unification bout, however, those rumors have been squashed. Given that the Gypsy King has unfinished business in boxing, it’s unlikely he’ll be crossing over any time soon.
