Recently, in an interview with Showtime, Spence Jr. said, “I think it’s gonna happen. It’s a fight I definitely want. I definitely want it. I think it will happen this year. Hopefully, we can make it happen. It can happen because I want it, he wants it. Hopefully, it can happen by the end of this year.”
Furthermore, ‘The Truth’ added, “It’s a huge fight for both of us. I don’t see any stumbling blocks. I want it. He wants it. I got three belts, he got one belt. On the other hand, Terence Crawford is a former undisputed WBA (Super), WBC, IBF, WBO, and The Ring light-welterweight champion and the current WBO welterweight champion. He fought 38 bouts and remained undefeated throughout his career. He clinched 29 victories by way of knockout.
