Despite Stallone now not being part of the franchise, it is hard to argue his impact on it which is why many still come back and watch him play the underdog boxer who was raised to glory. Moreover, his rise can now be viewed in high definition after the announcement of the latest edition of the movie collection.

The latest ‘Rocky’ movie KO Collection featuring Sylvester Stallone gets announced

The official Blu-ray page revealed that the Knockout Collection was now available in 4k definition. Moreover, the set included four Rocky movies along with a theatrical version of Rocky 4 and a director’s cut of the iconic fight between Rocky and Ivan Drago.

Despite the set, including all the major films and some additional packages, the set was far from complete. It didn’t include Rocky 5 and Rocky Balboa, which are considered the poorest in the franchise. However, the fans were not too keen on this announcement feeling that it should have included all the movies. In addition, they made sure their anger was heard as they sounded off on the post.

Fans furious at ‘Rocky’s’ movie collection

One fan clearly pointed out that the collection is not complete with two titles missing. “I notice two missing, not full complete,” they stated.

Another fan was furious at the company for removing two titles and wanted the missing titles to be added to the collection. “I hate when they do this…include Rocky V & Balboa or don’t do it,” they wrote.

Moreover, one fan was not impressed by the artwork in the collection. They also stated that two movies were missing, along with a couple of features as well. “Terrible art, 2 entries are missing and no new features.” they wrote.

However, one fan was happy that the first two movies were included which were the best, according to him. “The first two movies are the best anyway,” they wrote.

The fans clearly wanted the last two movies to be included in the collection, despite them not being as popular as the first four. Moreover, these movies play up to the next part of the story following the journey of Adonis Creed. However, the fans will be eager to see how the movie fares without Stallone’s involvement, which has also caused a lot of stir among fans.
