Regarding the upcoming rematch, Froch predicted, “I think the question was if the AJ can beat him in a rematch. I don’t think AJ can beat him. I’ll rephrase that. I don’t think AJ will beat him.”

He also highlighted the advantages Joshua has, which could certainly work in his favor if he gets inside the ring with a ‘changed mindset.’

“He should be able to, he’s certainly big enough, he’s strong enough, he’s got all the physical attributes. I just don’t think he’s got the right mindset, I think he’s in the wrong mentality. So, unless something’s drastically changed with his mentality on the training camp in a build to the rematch,” said Froch.

However, it was noticeable that AJ has changed many things around his training camp. He has been training with a new team. He has changed the most important factor, his coach. Now, the former champion will enter the ring under the wings of Robert Garcia, who has promised Joshua to assist in getting the best out of him.

Robert Garcia believes that AJ’s previous corner has played a totally wrong role. This directly affected his fighter’s game.

So, per Garcia, AJ will enter the ring with a new frame of mind. He will fight on his strength, putting Usyk at the disadvantage in height, reach, and stature.

Froch also believes that Joshua has an advantage, but it will do no good if Joshua does not change his mindset.
