Anthony Joshua is just a few days away from making his very first boxing appearance in 2021. This fight is highly important for the Brit as the possibility, regarding his fighting for the undisputed throne, relies heavily on this contest.

Speaking exclusively to Sky Sports Boxing recently, he said, ”All boxers can move up weight. Some fighters say, ‘Oh I kind of feel better at the bigger weight or I carry more power or I feel fresher’ I mean he’s not having to make weight. I’ve kind of in my mind removed the way.
“The conversation about this is the heavyweight, and he’s a cruiserweight. I get that, but I like to challenge myself. Let’s remove that out of the way. And let’s look at where I’m at skill-wise, technical-wise. because I’ve got what I already have, anyway.”

Also, with Joshua’s above statements, it’s clear that he isn’t underestimating the undefeated Usyk by any means.
