Mike Tyson is not worried about his legacy

Ahead of the fight, the 50-6 boxer sat down face-to-face with Jake Paul in a tense interview. The interview featured riveting moments where both fighters revealed their intentions and the impact of the upcoming match. During the interview, the interviewer asked the former undisputed heavyweight champion about ruining his legacy if he loses to Jake Paul.

Without missing a beat, Mike Tyson stated that he has never looked at his career as a legacy. For him, it has always been about the challenge at hand, no matter the circumstances. “I don’t look at my life as a legacy. Legacy to me is ego. Who the f**k cares about my legacy,” stated Mike Tyson menacingly.

The 50-6 boxer further stated that while this match is a big deal now, it won’t even matter in the end. According to him, after some time, no one would remember if he lost this fight or not. So, he wants to do everything he wants to do before leaving the world. He said, “I’m going be dead soon one day. But he’s not going to win.”

While Mike Tyson has stated that losing won’t change anything, he is 100% sure of his victory. He gave a stern warning to El Gallo, stating that it might be the toughest night for the former YouTuber ever.

In the later stages of the interview, the interviewer highlighted how Tyson has constantly criticized Jake Paul’s boxing skills, and asked, “What does it say about you if you lose?” But the 58-year-old brushed off the question, confidently stating, “I’m not gonna lose.”

The legendary boxer stated that he is assured of his own skills that he “can’t even fathom losing.” He then proceeded to give a talk directly to his 27-year-old opponent and advised him to not take this fight lightly. He thinks this is going to be a very easy night. It’s not going to be an easy night,” stated Tyson in an earnest yet haunting tone.

Jake Paul instantly made it clear that he is not looking at this fight as an easy payday. Rather, he is expecting warfare“I don’t think that. I think it’s going to be a war of ages,” stated the Puerto Rico resident while agreeing with Mike Tyson.

The Problem Child further stated that no matter what happens in the ring, “the fans are the ones who win out of this.” Both the fighters and everyone involved in this event have worked tirelessly for the past few months to make it a spectacle. Now that it is almost here, the excitement is at a fever pitch. And the two stars at the center are definitely feeling it.
