Former world heavyweight champion, Mike Tyson, has had his share of crazy fan interactions. Tyson revealed how he got back at a fan who was harassing him.

Tyson was talking at his ‘Hotboxin’ with Mike Tyson’ podcast where DJ Whoo Kid was present as his co-host. Former Memphis Grizzlies small forward, Matt Barnes and Phoenix Suns shooting guard, Stephen ‘Stak’ Jackson were also present as the guests for the episode.

The trio was talking about fan interactions. In conversation, Kid mentioned how Tyson just came off the infamous airplane incident. Tyson responded by mentioning how he gets triggered when his personal space is invaded.

Tyson further revealed that he had a worse fan encounter. He said, “Listen, in the Holyfield fight. He was, I ran. I had to go up and I was running up like.”

He was asked if something was thrown at him. Tyson answered in the affirmative, saying, “Yeah I ran up in the house trying to get this m*****f***er.”

However, Tyson revealed that an athlete is in the losing position when he ends up in that situation.

Mike Tyson has been in the news recently for a few infamous fan encounters.

Tyson was traveling from the San Francisco International Airport to Florida on a JetBlue airplane when the incident took place. It was reported that an overzealous fan was harassing Tyson while seated behind him. Tyson asked the passenger to calm down.

However, the fan did not relent. An irritated Tyson then turned around and proceeded to punch the passenger multiple times in the face. Early in May, San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office announced that Tyson will not face any trouble with the law for the incident.

Fans seem to have made in a game to annoy the ‘Baddest man on the planet’. Merely weeks after the infamous plane incident, Tyson was embroiled in another encounter with a fan.

He was posing for pictures with fans at the MGM Grand Garden Arena when a woman leaned over and put her finger across his face. This move annoyed Tyson, who turned around to confront her.
