What’s next for Teofimo Lopez and Claressa Shields?
Shields is currently reigning over the middleweight unit but she can expand her domain by going against the light-middleweight champions too. Hanna Gabriels is currently the WBA female light middleweight champion.

Thus, Shields has an opportunity to beat her and add the WBA light-middleweight belt on her shoulder. However, she is still out of an official opponent.
