Tyson was introduced to boxing in prison after he found former professional boxer Bobby Stewart in a juvenile center when he was 12. Stewart would then train a young ‘Iron Mike’ but would send him off to Cus D’Amato. Tyson would then excel under D’Amato’s tutelage, which turned him into a fierce and vicious fighter.
