Despite this, it is the most famous combat sport followed by celebrities. Though they don’t participate in the bouts, they often lace gloves to show off the skills they attended during fitness sessions.

Recently, a video of 69-year-old, renowned actress Annie Potts surfaced on the social media platform and created a buzz. In the clip, the Golden Globe Award nominee appeared, hitting mitts in the gym. In the 50 sec video, the veteran actress initially threw the combination of jab-and-cross on the mitts. Later, she added a left hook to the combination.
The punches she threw on mitts were soft and slow, but nonetheless accurate and effective.
