Though they don’t participate in the bouts, they often lace gloves to show off the skills they attended during fitness sessions.

Recently, a video of 69-year-old, renowned actress Annie Potts surfaced on the social media platform and created a buzz. In the clip, the Golden Globe Award nominee appeared, hitting mitts in the gym. In the 50 sec video, the veteran actress initially threw the combination of jab-and-cross on the mitts. Later, she added a left hook to the combination.
