‘I’d Have Smashed Their Whole House. I’d Have Robbed Them Afterwards as Well’: Derek Chisora on Anthony Joshua Confronting University Students

The British heavyweight champion Derek Chisora has been known for his bluntness and directness. Hence, ‘Del Boy War’ didn’t hold his views back about what happened with Anthony Joshua and the university students who heckled him.

During an interview with TalkSPORT, Chisora expressed what he would have done if the students had heckled him instead of Joshua.

Derek Chisora gives his take on the Anthony Joshua incident

The two-time heavyweight champion, Anthony Joshua, dealt with students who were heckling him by telling them how this behavior didn’t sit right with him and threatening to break their jaws. However, Chisora had a different view on it.

In the interview, Chisora was asked about the incident, and he hilariously responded by stating that the students got off easy and he would have done something much worse. He said “I’d have done worse. I’d have smashed their whole house up. I’d have robbed them afterwards as well.”

Anthony Joshua Pens 4 Word Message After Threatening to Break Students’ Jaws

According to Chisora, the students deserved to be punished even more than what his fellow British boxer did. However, the 38-year-old was only joking about his way of dealing with the students.

What really happened between Anthony Joshua and the students?

Recently, a video went viral where the two-time heavyweight champion threatened some university students. Joshua visited Loughborough University in London. Furthermore, the students were allegedly teasing Joshua by saying that he was avoiding the fight with Tyson Fury.

Following that, Joshua did not appreciate the students’ behavior and threatened to teach them a lesson. He stated, “Remember you’re running your mouth because none of you will like it when I start cracking your glass jaws.”
