Mike Tyson has long been one of the most dangerous men in the world. The former heavyweight champion has brutal power and an intimidating personality to match. However, his latest comments will show how far ‘Iron Mike’ has come.

Tyson changed his ways after retirement. He often speaks about his time as a fighter and his regret at being the type of fighter he was. Since then, he corrected his ways and learned to admire the little things in life. And the former champion has now reiterated this.

The 50-6 pro boxer gave a bizarre take on the planet and the people in the world. He spoke to Terrell Owens on an episode of ‘Hotboxin With Mike Tyson’ and said, “I think if all the bugs on the planet died, I think the world would die. I think if all the bees in the world died, I think, you know, the world would die. But I think if all the people died, the world would flourish.”

This comment showed what ‘Iron Mike’ thinks about the influence of human beings on the planet. While Tyson has made some surprising comments in the past, this is certainly up there with the most unexpected comments from the former heavyweight champion.

Mike Tyson calls people a fungus to the earth

The heavyweight boxer has often called for a change in the behavior of people since he changed his ways. And this is another example of ‘Iron Mike’ reminding the world of our effect on the environment. However, he did not stop at that.

The former champion said, “We’re f****** fungus to the planet. Can you believe that?” Tyson then added, “We’re nothing but fungus. Intelligent fungus.” This made Tyson’s opinion clear as day.
