Boxing legend Mike Tyson saw great success as a movie star following his retirement from boxing. The former heavyweight champion gained recognition as an actor following his cameo in Todd Phillips ‘The Hangover’. Although it might come as a surprise, Tyson now wants to try his hand at directing.

Iron Mike recently revealed his interest in directing a movie on his podcast Hotboxin’. He wanted to make a movie involving skateboarders who would rob banks. “I wanted to make a movie about a bunch of bank robbers on skates,” said Tyson. Moreover, skateboarding legend Tony Hawk, who appeared as a guest on the show, agreed to a cameo in the movie if Tyson would fund it. “I’m in though if you’re gonna fund it I’m in,” said Hawk

It seems like the fans might get a movie featuring the two legends soon as Tyson looks to venture into the production business.

‘Iron Mike’ is all set to make his return to AEW programming. He will appear in an episode of AEW Rampage from the Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, NJ as a special guest commentator. Moreover, the promotion issued a press release to hype up Tyson’s 5th appearance with AEW CEO Tony Khan heaping praise on Tyson.
