28-year-old Bola Osundairo is not new to either controversies or the sport of boxing. The top-ranked US amateur pugilist, therefore, can be a perfect matchup for Jake Paul, who has also been in the news for several controversial stints. That said, Osundairo has already eyed a matchup against ‘The Problem Child’

Back in 2019, Osundairo and his brother became overnight sensations after operating a hoax attack in Chicago. The Hussie Smottell scandal grabbed sheer attention, especially after Osundairo admitted to being paid by Smottell to carry the operation.
Nevertheless, the Chicago native could find his way into the sport of boxing. And it has been a commendable ride for him so far. He fought 12 amateur bouts in 2021 and won 9 of them. That said, he wants to have a piece of Jake Paul next.

In a chat with TMZ, Bola Osundairo sent a message to Paul said, “Kick rocks. More like the great white hype. And I want you Jake Paul, and I’m coming after you. And we’re gonna wipe the hype.”
“Quit running. It’s time for you to face a boxer. I’m not too advanced, you probably started before me. So we probably have the same amount of experience. What are you running from?”

Currently, on a 4-fight win streak, Osundairo has never been into a professional scrap. Besides, he hasn’t earned a single knockout so far. But having fought in the light heavyweight unit, he can stand toe-to-toe with Paul. The fantasy matchup, however, is still miles away from being scripted on the papers.

Bola Osundairo and Jake Paul are nowhere near each other
Akin to the amateur boxer, several UFC fighters, and other MMA elites have called out Jake Paul. The list doesn’t stop as Paul is also in active talks to face ex-world champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. somewhere in 2022.

Now, Bola Osundairo isn’t really a prominent name when Paul has so much more before him.
