A few weeks back, Ryan Garcia got aligned with Javier Fortuna for his WBC interim lightweight title defense. But, as this bout was scrapped, it left the internet sensation without an opponent. However, now, ‘King Ry’ has bagged one even tougher challenge in Rolando Romero. Although the fight isn’t official, the latter is supremely confident in facing Garcia for his next fight.

In a fresh conversation with The Mayweather Channel, Romero shared his notions on what he’d do to Ryan Garcia inside the ring.

He said, “I’m gonna turn (him) into a queen. Gonna hit him with that hook and I mean, we know what’s gonna happen. He’s gonna go to bed.”

In his last fight, Romero retained his undefeated boxing stint by hammering Avery Sparrow. With this, he improved his pro-boxing track record to 13-0.

On the flip side, ‘King Ry’ boxed against Luke Campbell. This fight proved to be a true entertainer as both the pugilists gave each other a stern test. In fact, this was the first professional boxing bout, wherein Garcia went down to the canvas.

Despite the knockdown, he displayed a champion mindset and overcame all the challenges thrown by Campbell. Moving further, he’s extremely ready to get his hands on the title, and for that, Garcia will vanquish any and every adversary in his way.
