During the media workout for the Lopez vs Kambosos fight, Lopez Sr walked towards Kambosos’ camp and all hell broke loose as Teofimo Lopez Sr. and George Kambosos’ father got into a heated altercation.

Lopez Sr went towards Kambosos’ camp shouting, “Kambosos, you’re gonna get your a** kicked. First round baby, first round.” Someone from the Kambosos camp replied, “F*k off, f*k off.”

Kambosos Sr. intervened and stopped Lopez Sr. from coming any further. This enraged Lopez Sr. as he started shouting, “You saw that sh*t right, you saw that sh*t.”

Security then escorted both Teofimo Lopez Jr. and his father out of the premises as Kambosos continued with his workout. After the whole incident, Kambosos spoke to Mirror Fighting and explained what happened. “He overstepped the line. We’re here trying to do our thing like professionals.”

“But Bozo the clown wants to come over and carry on like a big man, but little does he know my father is here and he’ll sort s*** out. I’m a pro, I do my business in the ring, what did Lopez Sr do? He walked over to the corner and had a little cry, he talked a bit of ‘blah, blah, blah’, he should do something!” Kambosos said.

In his eight-year-long career, Kambosos has not faced any notable fighters and this will be his biggest fight to date. The only chance he has of winning is by using high-volume punching to outbox Lopez. The New Yorker has ferocious one-punch knockout power, and Kambosos will be putting his chin on the line on November 27th.
