While talking in a recent interview, Floyd Mayweather talked about the chairman and CEO of private equity firm Vista Equity Partners, Robert Smith. He stated, “I talked about this with Robert Smith the other day. You know, when I text Robert and we talked, I said: ‘You know Robert, we both getting a lot of money. I don’t have the money that you have.’ But of course I made over a billion, but health is a real world, honestly.”

Mayweather is known for his pricey possessions and lavish lifestyle, and his Instagram is proof of it. However, Smith makes the five-division boxing champ look broke with his massive net worth of $8 billion. On the other hand, the American boxer is worth $1.2 billion.

The 45-year-old has multiple businesses to his name, which add to his millions. In addition, although he retired from professional boxing in 2017, he still participates in exhibition bouts. In 2021, he got inside the squared circle with Logan Paul for an exhibition fight. While talking in the post fight press conference, the boxer revealed about his billion-dollar investments.

Mayweather said, “I own billion-dollar buildings, I own so much property, and I’m steady investing in different things. I’m invested in the tech world. I made a lot of smart investments.”

Apparently, the boxing champ owns a variety of businesses, which still make him a sizeable amount of money. He owns a roller skate park in Las Vegas named Skate Rock State. Furthermore, Mayweather is also a big fan of cars, which made him purchase the ‘The Money Team Racing’.
