

Former World Heavyweight Champion, David Haye, is undoubtedly one of the greatest athletes to grace the ring. Ranging from title unification at the Cruiserweight level to Heavyweight Champion, he accomplished humongous feats in his career.
Even though he quit boxing a while back, he did not break his ties with the boxing world. He opened up his own promotions company and follows the sport religiously.

Thus, the former Champion is up to date about whatever is going on in the present scenario of Heavyweight boxing. And with the trilogy bout between Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder up next, there is always space for expert comments regarding the possible outcome, etc.

Who better to comment on such a matter than a person who won titles in multiple divisions himself? “The Hayemker” spoke to Boxing Social regarding the same. He said,
“I’m intrigued to see the rematch! The third fight! What’s gonna happen? Is Fury gonna be overconfident going in? thinking that he’s got his measure? And Wilder all of a sudden comes in at a different level and shocks him, with one of those big, massive shots?”
Well, it’s fair to say that this is exactly what is going on through every boxing fan’s mind at the moment. While Fury did manage to dominate “The Bronze Bomber” in their second fight, Wilder has constantly stated that he was far from his best.

And, due to the respect Haye has for Wilder, he believes him. According to haye, only the third fight will allow us to put Wilder’s claims to a test.

Carrying on with his views on the duo of The Gypsy King and Wilder, Haye said, “I’m a fan of Wilder, I’m a fan of Fury. They’re both warriors. They’re both big, powerful men. Very different skill sets, but their styles gel!”
According to Haye, Fury and Wilder are the sorts of fighters who, when pitted against one another, will always give a different outcome.

According to him, if the two go at it for 10 fights, all 10 fights can have different outcomes. And, at the end of the day, isn’t that the kind of fight that excites fans the most?
