A rumored fight between heavyweight icon Mike Tyson and social media star Logan Paul spun several headlines a few months back. After Logan Paul delivered a commendable showdown against Floyd Mayweather in an exhibition in June 2021, ‘The Maverick’ seemed well off to continue his in-ring stint.

Although he decided not to turn professional, he can still rely on his fame to bag massive exhibitions. A potential fight against Mike Tyson was clearly one of them.

However, Tyson vs Paul is nowhere in the news at this point and neither man has begun any promotional activities. Hence, it is not happening as of right now.

Mike Tyson vs Logan Paul- The possible date and position

After returning to the ring in 2020 against Roy Jones Jr. in an exhibition, Mike Tyson hinted at it not being a one-off. It evoked several combatants and social media stars to call him out. Mike Tyson also clarified a time frame for his return, but didn’t specify an opponent.

In an interview with The Sun, he said, “I am going to have a return fight in February and we are pretty skeptical about the opponent, but it will be a really stimulating opponent.”

While Logan Paul might be the one to welcome Tyson, former heavyweight champion Lennox Lewis also falls in the loop. ‘Lion’ Lewis believes he will face ‘Iron’ in an exhibition in February and has already confirmed it from his end. It clearly puts Logan Paul away from the mix, especially with no official confirmation from him.

We are well aware of Logan Paul’s Internet antics and if he would have bagged the bout with Tyson, there’s no way he would have kept quiet about it on his social media profiles. Thus, it’s safe to believe the fight is still not happening.
