Erickson Lubin will headline Showtime’s upcoming PPV against Terrell Gausha this Saturday. Riding on a four-fight win streak, Lubin has come up in a big way from his failed title attempt against Jermell Charlo in 2017.
The knockout punch was heard throughout the world when Charlo put a quell on Lubin’s undefeated pro run. However, the ‘Hammer’ bounced back in fashion in his next four fights, hunting for another title attempt now.

That said, his contest against Terrell Gausha will be important for his resume. Lubin appears confident of winning, as he claims to have learned a lot from his defeat against Jermell Charlo.
Erickson Lubin has come a long way from the defeat
Before headlining Showtime’s event this Saturday, Lubin connected with Premier Boxing Champions (PBC) to talk about several things. The infamous defeat against Charlo was one of them.
Talking about it, Lubin said, “It was a big learning lesson for me. I was able to get back to the drawing board, not let it discourage me, and you know I bounced back in a major way.”
