With a combined following of over 40 million subscribers on YouTube, Logan Paul and Jake Paul have made a habit of sharing nearly every major life update with their fans. Ahead of Jake Paul’s highly anticipated fight against Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. in June, the brothers launched their new series The Paul American Show on HBO Max, which premiered on March 27. While Jake Paul’s girlfriend, Jutta Leerdam, took some time going public, she’s now settled in, just like Logan Paul’s wife, Nina Agdal.
Recently, Nina opened up about one of the most intimate moments of her life through the show. Sharing a heartfelt message on Instagram, she wrote, “Ep 7 of @paulamericanmax documents by far the most vulnerable and beautiful experience of my life. Watch on @streamonmax. Ps. I loved reading birth stories when I was pregnant but I wish I had seen more positive ones, so I included my positive Pitocin story at the end of this slide.”
Through a nine-slide Instagram carousel, Nina Agdal shared a deeply personal account of her pregnancy and labor. “It was March 25, the day before my due date and my half birthday,” she began, when she and Logan Paul visited their doctor for a routine check. On the way there, she felt a small gush of fluid but wasn’t sure if her water had broken. She explained that although they had discussed the possibility of induction, she had always envisioned letting their baby decide when to arrive. “Getting induced was scary to me,” she confessed in the post. “I had read and heard many horror stories of long and painful labor from inductions. It definitely has a bad rep.”

Unfortunately, at the appointment, both their doctors agreed there wasn’t enough amniotic fluid for her to leave without being induced. And at that point, Nina realized, “It was no longer about me and what I wanted.” Because, “It was about my baby and our safety.”
Ultimately, she agreed to return that evening to begin the process, realizing the timing aligned meaningfully with her half-birthday. Despite initial doubts, she decided to be fully present for herself and her baby. And was her husband by her side through it all? Absolutely. “Logan had brought decorations to make the room feel more homey. I made fun of him for ordering everything, but he saved the day and made me feel much more comfortable, which I think helped my labor. So thank you, babe, and I’m sorry for making fun of you,” she shared.
In her closing message, Nina emphasized the importance of listening to your body, instincts, and support system. She acknowledged the gentle preparation she did during pregnancy. “I ate really well, worked out up until seven months, and then walked and stayed busy nesting.” Thankfully, it all worked out well, and the couple welcomed their first child, Esmé, in September 2024.
However, this isn’t the first time the Paul household has opened up about something so deeply personal. In the previous episode, it was the 11-1 boxer who candidly shared the painful details of a traumatic experience from his childhood.

“Tough love. New episodes of #PaulAmerican Thursdays on @streamonmax,” read the caption as another gripping teaser dropped on X. In that episode, Jake Paul revealed that his early years were far from easy. “Our dad would literally lock us out of the house when he would go to work. And be like ‘I’ll be back in six, seven hours. You guys need to do 200 push-ups and find sh-t to do,” he recalled.

The scene then shifts to their father, Greg Paul, by the water catching crabs. Unfiltered as ever, Greg unapologetically defended his parenting style. “For all the women out there that say, ‘Oh you’re toxic’, “Kiss my toxic a– is what I say,” he said bluntly. “Because, send your boy to me and I’m gonna raise your boy to be a young man.”
