Jake Paul, a YouTuber turned boxer, is gradually establishing himself as one of the sport’s most well-known figures. He entered the boxing arena for the first time in 2018, and since then, he has been knocking out his opponents. In his forthcoming fight, Paul will meet Tommy Fury, and here’s what his trainer has to say about it.

Paul’s trainer Danny Smith has immense confidence in his trainee and spoke very highly about him. Smith told Vegas Insider, “I know for sure that we’re not going to be at cruiserweight. We’re going to come to light heavy. 175. We’ve just been fighting at the 190-192 limit. He’s just floating around that weight. But he will be a 175-pounder and he will crack the top ten [in the world].”

He further added, “He has to stay so locked into his training because he knows that he doesn’t have the amateur background. So we’re training all year round. We’re working on things all year round. It’s not like we meet like the typical former champion or current champion and work out for eight weeks and then we disperse. We keep working all year round.”

Paul’s trainer appears to have set the bar too high for him. The trainer-trainee duo is currently concentrating on their forthcoming opponent, Fury.

When Tommy Fury called out Jake Paul to “get it done once and for all”

Tommy Fury defeated Daniel Bocianski during the Tyson Fury vs. Dillian Whyte undercard fight. The event took place at the Wembley Stadium in London on April 23. Surprisingly, ‘TNT’ was talking to the media reporters, and he called out his adversary Jake Paul for a potential fight.
