Jake Paul is about to take on Mike Tyson in the biggest money-making fight of his career on July 20. However, ‘The Problem Child’ seems sour about another missed opportunity. After signing with PFL in early 2023, there was quite a buzz about his debut in MMA. Even though there was some chatter about Paul fighting Nate Diaz in an MMA rematch, nothing ever came out of it.

So, the younger Paul brother moved on to fight Andre August and Ryan Bourland. But that doesn’t mean he has forgiven ‘The Stockton Slugger’ for not making the fight happen. In his recent BS w/ Jake Paul podcast, the YouTuber turned boxer couldn’t hold back his criticism of the former UFC champion and legend.

However, according to Paul, not everyone is willing to fight. Rather, they just want to talk about making such fights. “I’m still down to fight anyone anytime. But a lot of people in this sport are b***hes. That’s what I’ve come to find out. They don’t actually want to fight, so all these super fights Nate Diaz in MMA. All these actual b***h-made men,” said Paul.

Ben Askren fought Jake Paul back in April 2021 and lost via first-round known, which led his teammate Tyrone Woodley to pursue a boxing match with ‘The Problem Child.’ So, while appearing in Quinton Jackson’s JAXXON PODCAST on March 21, Ben Askren divulged the state of his relationship with Jake Paul since their fight.

When asked whether he and Paul ended things on good terms, Askren said, “No, I kind of just left it [animosity with Paul]. I just left…I just walked out and I left…Yeah, that’s it [got my pay and left]…I got paid well, yeah…I mean, it would’ve been nicer if I would’ve won obviously…No [I wouldn’t have been paid more if I won], I just don’t like losing.”

Despite being on the verge of one of the biggest fights of 2024, Jake Paul isn’t happy he missed out on fighting Nate Diaz. However, in a way, he should be thankful because defeating an MMA guy in boxing and defeating him in his own sports are completely different things. Would you have watched if that fight happened? Who do you think would have won?
