It seems that the feud between the pound-for-pound king, Canelo Alvarez, and Jake Paul has caught fire. Moreover, he took it to his Instagram to take a dig at Alvarez and even branded Canelo as his ‘hater’.

“I respect all of the fighters within the sport of boxing… legends of the past, stars of the present, and prospects of the future. What I don’t respect is the haters who try to discredit what I am doing…”

“Haters like…….Canelo Alvarez….Straight m*****f***in hater….I’m two years into this sport….you have been at it for 18 years, yet my pay going up and yours is going down.. so focus on you and your brand and keep my name out of your mouth….and in a few years, maybe ill give you a chance to increase your pay again,” he wrote.

Paul didn’t just stop there. He even accused Alvarez of using steroids and competing with unknown boxers who haven’t maintained an active run in this sport. Furthermore, he asked Canelo to fight stout champions like Jermall Charlo, David Benavidez, Demetrius Andrade, Andre Ward, and more.
