It seems like Jake Paul might have to wait longer for his well-awaited bout with his ‘favorite’ opponent. As there were recent reports stating that Tommy Fury might be unable to travel to the United States for the bout. Meanwhile, Paul received a rather insulting offer from KSI.

Is the Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury fight canceled?

Jake Paul was scheduled to face Tommy Fury at Madison Square Garden in New York City on August 6, 2022. Fury was excited at the new opportunity to fight Paul. In fact, he even vowed to ‘shut up‘ Paul for good with his performance. However, the recent turn of events has left the bout in shambles.

In an Instagram story, Fury spoke about being stopped at the airport by security. He said, “As soon as I entered the airport, I was pulled to one side and told by a Homeland Security officer that my ESTA had been denied and that I wasn’t able to travel to the USA for a reason I apparently know.”

Previously, Fury’s father and brother John Fury and Tyson Fury were banned from entering the US. It is speculated that connections to the boxing manager and alleged crime boss, Daniel Kinahan, is the reason behind the ban.
