The king of controversy, Andrew Tate, recently challenged YouTube’s very own import to boxing, Jake Paul, to a fight. Understandably, boxing fans are thrilled at the idea of a potential showdown between the two stars. But more realistically, will ‘The Problem Child’ prove problematic to the ‘Cobra’?

There is no argument that Tate is on a quest for a Paul payday. In a now-viral video, Tate called Paul an incompetent fighter. He said, “There are a whole bunch of men out here who will never be as famous as you, never make the money you’ve made, who would kick the living f*ck out of you. This is the hardest sport in the world and people dedicate their lives to this. And most of them never get a payday.”

He also called Paul out for a fight, stating that he should fight him before going behind a Conor McGregor or Floyd Mayweather Jr. payday. He further took a brutal dig at Paul by talking unfavorably about his YouTube career.

Jake Paul vs Andrew Tate showdown

Both Jake Paul and Andrew Tate are skilled fighters in their own right. However, the question remains, who will get the better of whom?

Paul stands at 6’1″ or 185 cm. He has an impressive reach of 76″ or 193 cm. His last tango in the ring was against Tyrone Woodley at the Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida on December 18th, 2021. Not to mention, ‘The Problem Child’ has also raked in a commendable record of 5-0-0 with 4 knockouts.

Even though he is a relatively new fighter, he has set a foundation as a technical maestro with raw power to back him up. Another impressive fact about Paul is that he has a penchant for knockouts, and a majority of his fights have ended in the first 2 rounds. The raw power combined with his skill set makes him a formidable force to reckon with.

Meanwhile, Tate is also of a similar height at 6’1″ or 185 cm. A skilled kickboxer, he has won several titles in the sport. He won the ISKA English Kickboxing Light-cruiserweight title in 2009. Later, he won the ISKA World Full-Contact light cruiserweight championship in 2013. Tate exudes sheer fearlessness inside the ring. Undoubtedly, his speed can also prove challenging for Paul.

While both fighters are impressive behemoths in their own right, there can only be one winner. An educated guess is that Paul will emerge victorious by TKO. His technical mastery and iron-handed power might prove brutal for Tate.
