A year after Marvin Hagler’s death, Rogan and Tyson remembered him during the podcast and compared him to the current welterweight champion, Terence Crawford.

During the podcast, Tyson and Rogan were talking about some notable fighters in history, and they landed on the topic of Hagler.

Rogan and Tyson discussed some significant attributes of Hagler and compared him to Crawford. Rogan said,” Marvin back in that day, he was the best and he was switch-hitting.”

“He was, he was southpaw, he was orthodox, he’d go back and forth like the way Terence Crawford does it now like he’s one of the only guys that could really do it at an elite level like amongst like top-flight boxers of today.”

Rogan described how Marvin Hagler used both stances effectively to defeat his opponents. In the same vein, he compared Hagler’s style to that of Crawford’s.
