In an old podcast, Joe Rogan shed some light on seeing Tyson in the kickboxing space.

I mean I would like to see, I would love to see guy like Mike Tyson in his prime, if they if there was a guy like Rico or some elite-level kickboxer who could potentially f*** him up on the way in,” he said.

Tyson’s love for boxing is paramount. That said, he never ventured into any other professional combat sports apart from ‘Sweet Science’. Tyson even appeared under the big lights in 2020 to take up an extraordinary exhibition bout against Roy Jones Jr.

The 55-year-old fared well, showing a snippet of his prime version to fans. This bout stood tall in entertainment, but in this fight, Tyson and Jones Jr. both had their own struggles to fight till the last gong.
