On December 18, Tommy Fury will lock horns with his biggest rival, Jake Paul. The YouTuber turned boxer has created tremendous sensations in the combat sports universe, and by aligning himself with the Briton, Paul has put himself in the spotlight for all the reasons in the world.

This fight is in the news because this will be the first time when Paul will battle someone from the pro-boxing world.

That said, many expect the younger Fury to turn the tide in his favor in this bout. However, his father, John Fury, is slightly doubtful about ‘TNT’s vulnerable mindset.

In a recent chat with iFL TV, he said, ”He should still beat Jake Paul at counter, and if he can’t, there’s no way in the boxing world for him. It’s make or break for both men.” 

“Like I say, Tommy will train hard. He’ll do what he’s got to do. But has Tommy got the skill to beat him? Yes, has Tommy got the power to knock him out? Yes.” 

“Whatever desire he’s missing, Tyson will put there, I’m sure of that. But am I confident he can beat Jake Paul? of course I am. The only thing that can beat Tommy on that night is Tommy, his mindset.”

The WBC heavyweight champ, Tyson Fury has begun his training camps with ‘TNT’. ‘The Gypsy King’ has been through some rigorous moments inside the ring, wherein his mental ability was tested. That said, the elder brother will look to transfer all of his prowess to Tommy Fury, who’s all set to take on the current boxing sensation.

Both the young guns would want to hammer each other from the pulp, thus come out on top to bag a sensational win. However, a man with the better composure and mindset will leave the ring with a ‘W’ to his name.
