The super-lightweight unification fight will put two equally matched champions against each other in their prime. While both men appear ready, Taylor has connected with the media to give his opinion on Josh Taylor. He addressed the matchup as one of the ‘biggest fight’ in boxing history and appeared honored to be part of it.
“It would be a massive milestone in my career if I can do it. But the guy that I’m facing is tough. He’s one of the best in the division, undefeated, and an Olympian too,” said Jose Ramirez.

Meanwhile, ‘Jaguar’ detailed the specialty that his opponent can bring but didn’t let it belittle his self-confidence. Since he holds an experience of over 9 fights against Taylor, Ramirez can be a problem to deal with.
Hailing ‘Tartan’ Tornado, Ramirez continued, “He carries a lot of pride for his country and is very confident within himself. That’s exactly who I want to face for a fight like this. He’s just overall a really skillful fighter. He can box, he can brawl and he’s in good shape to go 12 rounds. That’s why he is a world champion. But obviously, I have a lot of confidence in myself.” (H/T:- Herald Scotland)
