After he handed over his WBA title, Taylor went on the internet to explain his reason. He tweeted, “FYI, I vacated it the belt I want stripped 😊😊👍🏼”

Similarly, Taylor responded to Dan Rafael’s tweet in which Rafael mentioned Taylor’s reason for his title loss, which went viral on the internet.

Taylor cleared that there was no influence of any other party on his decision to hand over the WBA belt. Therefore, he approached the governing body of the World Boxing Association and vacated his title.

Well, the real reason is still undefined whether Taylor voluntarily handed over his title or the governing body of the WBA insisted on him for the same.
