In an interview with SecondsOut, Wallin said:

“(If) I gotta say right now, I think Fury is the best. Joshua, if they fight, I think it’s gonna be a great fight you know. Joshua (is) a dangerous guy, big puncher. So anything can happen. I think Fury has a lot of tools, he’s a good boxer and his boxing skills can make it hard for Joshua.”

Joshua vs Fury would be a barn burner. However, the duo won’t be fighting anytime soon. Joshua’s next opponent will be the IBF mandatory challenger, Kubrat Pulev. Fury, on the other hand, will face Deontay Wilder for the third time.

As of now, both fights hang in the balance due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Only when Fury and Joshua can claim victories over their respective opponents, talks of a mega-fight between the two will move ahead.

Furthermore, Wallin expressed his desire to return to the ring. The Swedish boxer has not fought since his fight with Fury as he is dealing with a foot injury. He named Lucas Browne as an ideal opponent for his comeback.

“He’s not at his peak anymore but I will say ‘solid and dangerous,’ “ Wallin said.
