The WBC International silver bantamweight bout between Kash Farooq and Alexander Espinoza certainly stayed up to its hype. Both Farooq and Espinoza gave each other a stern outing in this prolific title bout. But, the underdog, Farooq, came out right on top in this fight and claimed a unanimous decision win.
Right from the first bell, the pair landed fast yet powerful punches, and Farooq, who adapted an offensive approach, landed some astonishing hits on the ‘Supernova’.
On the other side, the veteran Espinoza went in an abrupt defense mode and ate countless shots from the Brit. But in round four, Espinoza enjoyed some success and employed his game-plan effectively.

The duo engaged in a cosmic tussle and kept the fans entertained until the last gong. They showcased a resilient mindset and gave out their best shot in this fight. But Farooq’s skill sets were too much to handle for Espinoza, and the former secured a gratifying win in this bout.

Farooq’s game plan was to hit and not get hit. And the Glasgow boxer remained fairly successful in the same. But in the concluding rounds, the 25-year-old succumbed to a few brutal power shots from Nicaraguan fighter. Yet, in the end, he kept his composure to win this thrilling encounter.
