Tyson Fury is being touted as the favorite to win the upcoming WBC title defense against Deontay Wilder on October 9 at the T-Mobile Arena in Vegas. In the last fight between the two, Fury performed admirably and won via a 7 round TKO.

Now this time, Fury believes he can claim an even quicker win and has been confident throughout the build-up of the clash.

Despite Wilder’s mighty aura as the knockout artist, Tyson Fury seems unfazed. He appears to be relishing the moment, especially being the favorite in the mix. Now the ‘The Gypsy King’ has also earned support from former UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov.

Post-retirement, Nurmagomedov is famous for shedding opinions on several scenarios surrounding the fight community. That said, the lightweight G.O.A.T wished luck to Tyson Fury on social media.

Recently Khabib Nurmagomedov had met with soccer elite Cristiano Ronaldo. As the two posted pictures of their interaction, Tyson Fury took to social media and wrote, “Legendary link up”. In response, he received support from Khabib Nurmagomedov. The UFC star wrote, “Good luck this weekend.”

Tyson Fury is just a few days away from meeting Deontay Wilder in-ring. The WBC title fight will resurrect the heavyweight division inflow, determining the possibilities of a four-belt unification bout ahead. Thus, apart from being a heated rivalry between two of the best, Fury vs Wilder 3 has much more value to it.
