Fasten the seatbelts because the boxing world is about to witness one of the biggest clashes that promises to be nothing short of electrifying. As the clock ticks away for the much-anticipated clash of the Titans, there is more than the adrenaline-pumping anticipation in the air. Previously, Devin Haney and Regis Prograis’ coach were involved in a heated social media battle. Haney leaked some DMs of Progais’ fitness coach, prompting a profanity-filled response.
However, Evins Tobler, Regis’ coach, took it a step further, sending a bone-chilling warning to Haney. Recently, Tobler took to X (formerly Twitter), aiming securely at the undefeated lightweight champion. While Haney plans to become a two-division champion, Tobler’s claim can prove to be a major hurdle in Haney’s goal. Grab the popcorn as the pre-fight banter is escalating between the two corners, intriguing fight fans everywhere.

Evins Tobler claims Devin Haney looks fragile
Sharing a clip of his rant, directed at Haney, Evins wrote in the caption, “Spoon feed a** kid has no clue what’s coming his way on December 9th.” However, in the clip, Tobler was much more threatening, claiming Haney seemed fragile. “Little Devi looking kind of fragile son,” said Tobler. He went on to suggest that even working with Victor Conte won’t do any good for Haney.
It’s over it’s over December 9th .You folks think it’s a fucking game well it’s not.People have there life on the line and fucking Haney trying to tell jokes about my luxury apartment in Houston’s galleria 🤷🏿♂️🤷🏿♂️.Spoon feed ass kid has no clue what’s coming his way on December 9th. pic.twitter.com/ZEP4dCFO8o

What’s more, Evins asserted that Regis would defeat him in the upcoming fight and snatch everything Haney had earned in his career. “Regis gonna take everything you got, everything that you got,” said Evins. He also added that climbing to 140 pounds would not help him because Regis is going to knock him out. “Ain’t no coming to 140 gonna help you avoid this a** whopping…He gonna f**k you up. You are gonna get knocked out,” said Evins.
Regis Prograis claims he will stop Haney
If Tobler’s stern warning doesn’t suggest the confidence radiating from Regis’ corner about winning the upcoming clash, Regis’ own statement should. While Haney is going into the fight undefeated, Regis is on a five-fight win streak. During his appearance in The Last Stand podcast with Brian Custer – Regis expressed his thoughts about the upcoming clash.

“I’m a stop him,” said Regis while suggesting Haney is not an expert at defending as people are suggesting. “He’s not a defensive master. He gets hit flush with a lot of shots,” Regis told Brian Custer. Later, he went on to suggest that Haney has never been hit by someone like him, crowing himself as the real 140-pounder.
