Boxing has come a long way since its inception, and it is no longer limited to boxers. Even YouTubers and social media personalities participate in exhibition fights in today’s world of social media. Logan Paul, Jake Paul, and KSI, all social media sensations, have dabbled with boxing. Furthermore, spectators enjoy watching them, and they bring a lot of money to the table. Recently, a well-known artist stated that he, too, wishes to test his luck in the ring.

The popular musician is none other than English singer, Liam Payne. In a recent episode of the podcast ‘IMPAULSIVE’, the singer was asked about boxing. Mike Majlak asked him, “Would you fight KSI?”

To which Payne answered, “Yeah. He would have to come down a few weight slots.”

Furthermore, Majlak added, pointing to Logan Paul, “Well then you could fight him too.”

And the One Direction fame answered, “I like him too much though.”

At one point, the iconic boy band One Direction had taken the world by storm. Unfortunately, the band disbanded owing to a variety of factors. However, Liam Payne is still a household name, and he has hinted at a showdown with the YouTuber, KSI.

KSI responds to Liam Payne’s remark about fighting him 

KSI took to YouTube to reply to Payne’s comment on fighting him. When he heard that Liam Payne wanted to fight him, he played the tape from the ‘IMPAULSIVE’ podcast and busted out laughing. “Wow,” he exclaimed. “What? Why? Liam, stop, what are you doing? That was the least convincing.”

He further added, “You don’t wanna fight me. You know what? You should fight Bryce. If you can knock out Bryce Hall, then alright, maybe you can attempt to talk to me. He wouldn’t have a chance.” 

The Internet celebrity from Watford, United Kingdom, didn’t really think it is a good idea for him to fight Liam Payne. Apparently, the YouTuber hasn’t been active in boxing for quite a time now. He hasn’t been inside the ring since his fight with Logan Paul in 2019.
