British Youtuber KSI has officially announced that he will be returning into the squared circle to face fellow Youtuber Alex Wassabi. Moreover, KSI will fight for the first time since beating Logan Paul by a split decision back in 2019.

The Nightmare took to Twitter to announce that the fight will be taking place on August 27th and also took shots at Wassabi as he wrote,” I can’t wait to repeatedly punch the man I’ve had beef with for years, the man I’ve laughed at for years, the man that beat my brother, the man that has signed his death wish as soon as we enter the ring. I’m a different animal & you will realise that fact on August 27th.”

The fight will be broadcasted on the streaming platform DAZN, marking the start of a partnership between KSI’s Misfits boxing and will take place in the O2 arena in London.

KSI vs Alex Wassabi

Since his fight with The Maverick, KSI has been more focused on his music career releasing two chart-topping albums during this period.

However, he is still undefeated in his three fights and will be looking to add another win to his record. Wassabi, on the other hand, made his debut against KSI’s brother Deji, who he beat back in March, which started the feud between the two.

Moreover, the undercard will also feature many social media influences, including Deji, who will be looking for the first win of his career as he will face Yousef Erakat. Other bouts include rapper Blueface vs Thoms Oliveria.

KSI has been very vocal about facing Jake Paul sometime in the future. And with The Problem Child’s upcoming fight against Tommy Fury looking like a far-fetched scenario, a fight with Paul could also happen in the future. This will be a great match-up for KSI to get back into form after the three-year layoff and sharpen his skills further.
