This was not Ali’s first time passionately talking for a cause. In fact, she recently opened up about the dangers of ‘mock meat’. Notably, ‘mock meat’ is a plant-based substitute for actual meat. And is used to mimic the texture and flavor of actual meat.

Ali urged people to avoid consuming mock meat. Additionally, talking about a study on the popular mock meat brand, ‘Beyond Meat’, she said, “This is really processed. And there’s a lot of sodium in it. I don’t recognize some of these ingredients.”

Meanwhile, her statement came at a time when former champ, Mike Tyson, opened up about leaving veganism.
