Recently, Floyd Mayweather’s cousin, Dejuan Blake, who was in an exclusive interview with The Sun, revealed the real reason why this contest went to the end.

“Once again, it’s an exhibition, like Floyd said, he’s not a boxer, why would he want him to get hurt and not be able to go home and talk to his family. One punch could change the game, why would he want to hurt him like that?”

It was a great experience, a great event. We did great numbers for a non-professional fight, it was a success.” (h/t hotnewhiphop)

Right from the outset, Mayweather controlled this fight. Despite getting stunned, he kept his composure and stuck in there.

Although he fell short of completely outclassing Paul, Mayweather (44) still impressed everyone. He set a standard of high-performances in his prime boxing days. And that was certainly clear in his movements against ‘The Maverick’.
