It was a bad-blood feud that saw both the men drag each other to the extreme. However, Lewis bagged the last laugh and after almost two decades to the clash, he has desired to re-set the fight for once and all.

In recent times, several boxers have shown their interest in exhibition fights including the likes of Oscar De La Hoya, Floyd Mayweather, and others. That said, Mike Tyson has already staged his return against Roy Jones Jr. and vows to re-appear in the ring.

So, Lewis might have felt the itch to fight again, and it can’t be better if he claims a rematch with the boxing superstar Mike Tyson. Speaking with TMZ, ‘The Lion’ opened up on his plans.

“If the public wanted it then we would probably talk. I don’t know. I don’t really have nothing pushing me in the ring right now. People would love to see that fight but I don’t know,” said Lennox Lewis.

Meanwhile, Tyson has received a lot of offers from his former rivals and Lewis is not the only one to have challenged him. Evander Holyfield, one of his prime rivals, has also called out Tyson. So, we can expect something massive to unfold in the coming days.

What’s next for Mike Tyson?

Despite claiming to be active with exhibition bouts, Tyson seems to have no fights on his radar. Although many such matchups are in talks, none have turned out to be fruitful. Nevertheless, Tyson is busy with his podcast. Moreover, he has a cannabis ranch in California.

However, his love for the sport continues to bring him into the squared circle. As he stepped up against Roy Jones Jr, ‘Iron’ can repeat the stunt by locking horns against either Holyfield or Lewis.

But the options for Tyson are way more since Cannon Briggs has also been hunting for a showdown against him.
