Anthony Joshua has recently declared an interest in taking on the likes of Dillian Whyte and Oleksandr Usyk. Joshua is looking to line up fights and is hoping to stay busy this year.
The Watford born fighter admits that following a showdown his fellow British boxer, Tyson Fury, the no.1 heavyweight boxer in the world would be decided. However, he is looking forward to taking on all the big names in his division.
“I know he’s been chasing a world title shot. I offered him a world title shot last year in April, he refused it. Maybe he wants his hand on the WBC, but if me and Tyson Fury fight, then I know he didn’t want to fight me last year, but he’ll definitely have to fight me this time if he wants his hands on the WBC belt.”- Anthony Joshua on Dillian Whyte

Dillian Whyte formerly accused AJ of stealing his shot at the title by pulling out of a US debut. By pretending that he wanted a fight in Wembley over that in the United States. However, as a mandatory challenger, Whyte is well on his way to contend for the title.
“Dillian Whyte can come and get this work as well. It won’t be that good, it will be one-sided.”- Anthony Joshua in an interview with Sky Sports

With a guaranteed shot at Joshua having been assigned as the WBO mandatory challenger, Oleksandr Usyk has to go through Derek Chisora at a rescheduled date in order to take on Joshua.
“Yeah, I think line them all up. You know what it’s with me, you look by my resume, I take all of them on. I will probably be a well-respected heavyweight on this division, understanding that I by no means ducked a problem, however, Usyk, Dillian Whyte, Fury, Wilder – they’re all on my hit record, for positive.”- Anthony Joshua
The Ukrainian boxer has revealed on multiple occasions that he intends to acquire all heavyweight titles. Joshua, on the other hand, feels a win over Usyk will help him boost his popularity.
