PRIME Hydration, started by YouTuber turned WWE sensation Logan Paul and his business partner cum fellow YouTuber KSI, came in like a freight train into the world of sports hydration. The brand quickly became a mainstay with teenagers and pop culture aficionados. Which in turn, paved the way for impressive sales numbers. Meanwhile, there has been a widespread controversy about who the real owner of the brand is. And, Paul made it a point to address it in a recent podcast episode.

Paul was hosting the latest episode of his ImPaulsive podcast. Moreover, his friends Mike Majlak, Jeff Wittek, and Maclin were also in attendance. In conversation, Majlak shed light on how PRIME has become a mainstay among teenagers irrespective of the YouTuber they followed.

This was when Paul exclaimed, “Some of them don’t even know we own it. They don’t even know we own it. That’s the greatest comment of all time. Motherf*ckers don’t think I drink it. Don’t think I own it. People think that we were picked to represent this product that already existed. It was come up with.”

He further added, “Yo, y’all are dumb as hell. This is a ground-up, from-the-bottom operation, with an entire team involved. Seriously, from the ground floor. The product didn’t even have a name.” Paul even revealed that he was the one who named the drink PRIME.

When Logan Paul and KSI promoted PRIME during WrestleMania
