YouTube’s favorite controversial child, Logan Paul, has been enjoying a plush life in Puerto Rico since 2021. Meanwhile, his friend Mike Majlak revealed the jaw-dropping rent that Paul pays for his house.

Majlak was in Dorado, Puerto Rico, to visit Logan Paul‘s new house. Moreover, he was also giving a tour of the USD 28 million dollar property as a part of his channel, Mike Majlak Vlogs.

The swanky property boasts of multiple levels and reportedly also has 34 beds.

However, it was revealed that the property was not purchased by Paul, but leased by him. In fact, Paul has purchased a property that is currently under construction.

Talking about his new house, Paul said, “I bought a house and it’s being built right now. And it’s f****** sick.”

But Majlak was especially taken about by the mind-boggling rent that Paul pays for the house. Paul reportedly pays a whopping USD 57,000 monthly as rent.

Mike Majlak and Logan Paul used to live together in California. Paul’s old mansion was located in the high-end Encino neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles.

He had reportedly purchased the mansion in 2017 for USD 6.6 million. The 9000 sq feet property boasts of seven heavily decked bedrooms and seven fully functional bathrooms. However, Paul revealed that he had made multiple additions to the house according to extravagant tastes.

Moreover, the mansion has a super fancy game room for Paul’s horde of friends. And no ‘Paul Crib’ will be complete without a tribute to his inner wine connoisseur. The mansion also has an impressive wine cellar to cater to his expensive taste.

Paul listed the mansion for sale in November 2021. Rapper, Machine Gun Kelly, later purchased the property for USD 7.5 million.
