Hollywood actor Will Smith was at the center of controversy following the 94th Academy awards. Smith infamously slapped comedian and co-host of the show Chris Rock after he made a joke about Smith’s wife Jada. Moreover, this was once again the talking point in Logan Paul’s Impaulsive podcast.

The show featured another comedian, Michael Blackson, who opened up on this incident and shared his thoughts on the slap. He revealed that he would be willing to forgive Smith, but only on one condition. He stated that the only way he could forgive the Men In Black superstar was if he lined up all comedians and made them slap Smith. ” I think I will probably forgive Will Smith. I think we all comedians need to line up and smack the s**t outta him one by one, but I’m gonna get a fat motherf***er to knock him,” he said.
It looks like Blackson is still not over the incident, which received a lot of criticism, especially from comedians. However, one of the co-hosts then revealed that Rock’s ticket sales went up after this incident, which seemingly made Balckson jealous. He then hilariously claimed that he would go to the next Oscars and curse everybody’s spouses. “I got so jealous I’m gonna go to the next oscar and grab the mic and curse everybody’s wife too. Hey Steven Spielberg your wife a c**k-eyed b***h, please come slap me. I need some money.” he added.
Logan Paul uses the Will Smith slap to promote his brand
Like the entrepreneur he is, Logan Paul once used this iconic incident to promote his hydration energy drink brand, ‘Prime Hydration’. The Maverick posted a hilarious photo on his Twitter page, where he replaced Rock with a Gatorade bottle and Smith with a Prime bottle.

The motive of the picture was to portray Prime becoming the hydration drink of choice by metaphorically slapping Gatorade off the shelves. This was a brilliant use of meme culture to promote his brand, a thing Paul has become an expert on. The YouTube sensation turned a simple picture into a great marketing tool without incurring any extravagant marketing costs.
