‘The Maverick’ Logan Paul, has donned multiple hats throughout his career. He has transitioned from a successful YouTube career to an equally successful career in the WWE. However, it seems like he once dabbled his feet in a music career. In fact, he recently spoke to DJ and music producer, David Guetta, about his failed music career.

Paul was hosting his ‘Impaulsive’ podcast with co-hosts Mike Majlak and George Janko. Moreover, Guetta was present as a guest on the podcast. Notably, Guetta is one of the most popular DJs in the world, who is currently worth USD 150 million, and has been streamed over 10 billion times.

In conversation, Paul opened up about wishing to make music. He said, “I had a little run with attempting to make music. Like you definitely don’t know this. I wanted to be like a singer at one point. I flew to Sweden. And made an EP with Rami Yacoub.”

Paul further continued his story and revealed that he planned to make a name in music after a year of vocal lessons. He stated, “It did not work in music. I did not have the ‘It’ factor. And another thing I realized is like you said I’m more of an on-the-field guy. I like the traveling, I like you know getting my hands dirty. And sitting in the studio all day was tedious for me.”

Paul also revealed that while a career in music seemed glamorous. People tend to forget the time it takes to produce music.

George Janko says that Logan Paul quickly quit music

It seems like Logan Paul quickly moved away from a career in music. In fact, George Janko delved into Paul’s reaction after releasing his music video.

In the same podcast episode, Janko said, “I will never forget the day he quit because you think it will take him a long time to quit. But once he was showing us his music video and didn’t even let us finish. He goes f*ck this I’m done. And I was like, done with this song?  He goes no I’m just done bro.”

Paul, on the other hand, also took a swipe at Janko for a music video he made at the age of 16.
