Logan Paul to Risk $250,000 on Jake Paul, Says Jake’s Going to “F**k” Tyron Woodley Up

Jake Paul will face five-time former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley on August 29. This will be an eight-round bout at the 190-pound catchweight division. Paul will fight his toughest opponent at his home ground – Rocket Mortgage Field House in Cleveland, Ohio. Tickets for the event will be available from July 22 onwards.

Influencer-turned-pugilist Logan Paul revealed his brother is looking sharp ahead of his upcoming fight. ‘The Maverick’ Paul is so confident in Jake Paul‘s training and abilities that he might even bet a quarter of a million dollars. Logan Paul shared Jake Paul is a smart fighter and lauded him for his commitment and dedication to the sport.

Jake’s going to f**k him up. Like straight up. I’m probably going to bet a quarter mil on the fight if I can. I have no doubt in my mind that Woodley doesn’t stand a chance. I’m even going to tell him when I see him like ‘ hey man to man, you’re so f*****g f****d, it’s unbelievable.

“Jake is so sharp and so smart as a boxer. And I think a thing that people forget about Jake is that he really be a f*****g lunatic, dude. No, like he’s crazy. Tyron Woodley is coming off 4-consecutive losses in the UFC. However, he is an elite competitor and is a former five-time UFC welterweight champion. His past four losses have been against some of the best welterweights in the UFC, including Kamaru Usman. This fight with Jake Paul could be the former champ’s shot at redemption. Tyron Woodley is training hard and is giving it his all to secure a win on August 29. Clearly, he does not want to lose to the YouTuber-turned-boxer.

Woodley is training with coach Pedro Diaz at Mundo Boxing along with some other athletes like BKFC’s Paige VanZant and 14-0 heavyweight boxer Tyrone Spong. Woodley also recently shared that he was also training with the legend of the sport, Floyd Mayweather. After Jake Paul pulled the infamous ‘Gotcha Hat‘ trick on him, ‘Money’ Mayweather offered to train Tyron Woodley for his fight.

With Tyron Woodley putting in double the effort into his training camp, he could be Jake Paul’s toughest challenge to-date. Confident in his abilities, Woodley predicts a round 3 KO of Jake Paul. He also called out his opponent’s brother Logan Paul and said that he could fight him too once he defeats Jake Paul.

I really don’t have smoke with his brother Logan but s**t, after he sees what I do to his brother he might want to get the hands too,” said the former UFC champion.

Fans are yet to see if Jake Paul has what it takes to get past an active and dangerous athlete like Tyron ‘The Chosen One’ Woodley. This fight will certainly attract a diverse audience to boxing. It will be interesting to watch how this fight progresses through the rounds.
