Hollywood sensation Will Smith has been under fire from many since his infamous fiasco at the Academy awards this year. Smith went on to do the unthinkable as he went on to slap comedian Chris Rock publically after he apparently made some jokes about Smith’s wife Jada.

Moreover, this topic was brought up on Logan Paul’s Impaulsive podcast featuring comedian Sebastian Maniscalco. In the episode, Maniscalco was asked how he would respond to Smith slapping him on stage. However, he revealed that it wasn’t in his nature to get physically confrontational. Despite this, he added that he knew guys from his hometown who would act in exactly the opposite way as him.

See my nature is not to respond to threats guys. I know guys back home, if you slap them they get so it’s like animal they go after you. I don’t have that.” He said.

He then praised Rock for not reacting to the slap and headlining it like a professional in such a spontaneous situation. “I think so much and what Chris Rock did was a class move cause he didn’t know what the f**k was going on. He gets slapped and you know I felt so bad for the guy but I don’t have that reaction,” he said.

Although Maniscalco claimed that he wouldn’t have the same reaction, the guys from his hometown would certainly have fired back at Smith. This just goes to show how different people would react to getting physically assaulted as Smith did with Rock.

While this might not be the most professional way to market his products, paul’s unusual use of memes to market his energy drink was a great move. The sales of his drink are increasing by the day and the majority of its success can be attributed to Paul’s out-of-the-box marketing.
