

Former 8-division champion Manny Pacquiao is set to make his comeback into the squared circle against DK Yoo. The bout will take place on December 10 in South Korea. The Pac man last fought Yordenis Ugas in his last bout back in 2021, but has since retired from professional boxing, and will now compete in exhibition bouts.

The exhibition bout was recently announced by The Triller fight club on Twitter. The fight will take place on December 10. Moreover, they also announced that the fight will also feature 18 other fights along with musical performances.

One fan was curious as to why boxing pundits were not calling out Pacquiao for competing in an exhibition.

Another fan stated that Pacquiao was mimicking Floyd Mayweather and was curious whether if Triller was back with concerts in the middle of fights.

Following this, one fan even went as far as asking Pac-Man to get his purse up-front, referring to Logan Paul, who accused Mayweather of not paying him after his exhibition bout.

The fans certainly feel that this exhibition is nothing more than a cash grab for the 8-division champion. However, the funds will go to to war relief effort in Ukraine during a time of conflict.
Manny Pacquiao appears as a hologram before the fight
Pacquiao became the first boxer in the history of the sport to appear as a hologram in a press conference. Pacquiao will appear as a hologram from Seoul, with the press conference taking place nearly 6,000 miles away in Los Angeles. Michael Weber, COO of promoter’s FITE, revealed the process for the same.
