Manny Pacquiao will return to the ring to fight in another title fight. Previously, he was set to fight against the undefeated boxing sensation Errol Spence Jr. Unfortunately, as ‘The Truth’ pulled out of the fight because of a torn retina, Pacquiao will face the current WBA welterweight champion Yordenis Ugas.

’54 Milagros’ Ugas, set to fight on the undercard of the Pacquiao vs Spence Jr. fight, got bumped up to the headliner.

In a chat with ESNEWS, when Yordenis Ugas’ trainer was asked about the fight, he responded, “Manny Pacquiao already lost to one of my fighters, back in Thailand, 1997. So it’s one day in the office.”

“We have so much respect for him, nothing to take away. For me, he is one of the greatest fighters in history. Not the greatest, but one of the greatest. We have to respect him.”

Finally, Salas predicted an Ugas win and told Manny Pacquiao to prepare for his retirement. Hence, it’s clear that respect outside the ring will not get carried inside the ring in Las Vegas.
